You are about to run software developed by InterTrust Technologies Corporation for the first time. This software will enable you to access and enjoy on the device of your choice a wide range of content.
This content will be delivered to you in a form which ensures it can only be used on the particular device which you have selected. For this to happen, certain information about your device - for example, the serial number of the processor in your computer - has to be collected.
This information is collected from your device and transmitted to the Fulfillment Server that will provide you with the rights to access the content you have acquired. The information collected will be used exclusively for the purpose described here. It will be maintained and processed in a secure environment and cannot be released to any third party.
The information collected will relate exclusively to the identification of your device and/or its components as applied by their manufacturers. No personally identifiable information of any kind will be collected at any time.
